At PETMED, our goal is to practice comprehensive high quality veterinary medicine, with an emphasis on providing excellent client service and patient care. Established in 1989 by Dr. Mark Girone, PETMED has been accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) since 1990.
We have five full-time veterinarians who perform surgery Monday through Friday and see appointments and walk-ins Monday through Saturday. All of our veterinarians treat small animals exclusively. We see dogs, cats, ferrets and other "pocket pets". However, we do not treat birds, reptiles, or other exotic pets, but we will be happy to offer a referral.
